Tweetdeck update and the tech handbook

hi everyone, and a very happy new year to you all! As is sometimes (too often!) the case, one of the environments described in the technologies handbook had a radical overhaul after the publication of the January 2012 version of the handbook! In this case, it’s Tweetdeck, the application we suggest you use to manage your Twitter account.

The online copy of the handbook has been updated, and you can access this from the handbooks page.

Those students joining us on the programme this semester will receive a printed copy of the handbook – this will have the old Tweetdeck instructions, which you can ignore. If you wish to print out and attach the newer instructions to your paper handbook, these are available here, as a PDF.

Apologies for any inconvenience! Happy tweeting. 🙂

Recognition of our efforts

I’ve been involved in the e-learning for about seven years now. What started as an interest became my job which I like very much. That was one of the reasons why I enrolled to M.Sc. in E-learning. I just wanted to learn more in order to do my job better. Recently I was awarded by Rector of the University of Zagreb for my work. You can read more here. (I’m one in the dress in the picture 🙂 )

I wanted to share this news with you as the knowledge and perspective I have gained and I’m still gaining during my study at the M.Sc. in E-learning programme strongly influence my work. I hope that this will inspire you, as much as me, to continue with this study but as well to share your experiences.
