We have had the following request for participation in a student focus group.
Dear students,
You are invited to participate in a group interview to share your understanding and opinions about the university’s use of your personal and educational data to provide services and support to you. The interviews will last for an hour, and you will be paid £10 cash for your time and commitment (distance learning students will receive £10 Amazon gift vouchers). The process will be audio and video recorded for the purpose of research analysis. Any information collected from the interview will be kept confidential and the use of it for academic publications will remain anonymous.
The interview is organised by the SHEILA (Support Higher Education to Integrate Learning Analytics) project team, and it will be used as an input for the development of the university policy for learning analytics. More information about their project, please refer to:
