Groups on the Hub

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to draw attention, particularly for those who are new to the programme, to the different groups that exist on the Hub. All groups can be seen by clicking on the ‘group’ tab at the top of the page. In particular, I’d encourage everyone involved with, or interested in all aspects of science education, to join the Science education group– and for those of us just starting, or in the middle of the dissertation element, there is the dissertation stage group, a place to share ideas, worries and triumphs!

  1. Thanks Anna – a timely reminder. During the summer school on Academic Writing, it was suggested that a Writing Group should be established. If anyone is interested in setting one up, I’d be happy to join in!

  2. Hello Anna and Christine,

I’ve created the group, already sent an invite to Christine. I’ve added you Anna, so I can send you an invite but feel free to join straight away!

  3. Thanks Christine – looks like Stephen has just created an academic writing group. Everyone is welcome to join.

    1. Hi Anna and Christine

Apologies for being dull – but where is Stephen’s academic writing group located?

I thought I would be brave and share a draft of an article based on the abstract I worked on during the summer course.
I’d love to get the group’s feedback.

      Best

  4. Hi Azra and others looking for the Writing Group.
To find the Writing Group, click on the Groups tab in the banner at the top of the page. This shows you any of the groups you can join; there are 16 of them at the moment. A link to join is next to each group name.

It’s really great that you’re taking the summer school work forward.
    Christine
